Graduates are advised to adhere to the convocation attire collection and returning schedule. Below are important details about the convocation attire collection and returning.

  • Graduates are only allowed to collect their convocation attire according to the prescribed schedule.
  • Graduates are encouraged to collect their convocation attire personally to ensure correct fitting.



  • Please settle the convocation fee payment and display the convocation fee payment slip photocopy at the counter for confirmation.
  • Please ensure the counter officers relinquish the following items to graduates :

          a) Robe.

          b) Mortar Board - except for diploma students.

          c) Hood - except for diploma students.

          d) One (1) vehicle sticker.

          e) Two (2) entrance cards.

  • Please signature on the form provided.



  • Return the convocation attire.

  • Please signature on the return form provided at the counter.

  • Ensure that the convocation attire is returned in good condition.
  • Graduates must follow to the following measures when returning the convocation attire :-

          1. Settle all the debt with the university such as Bursary / Library Department / School / Residential College debts.

          2. Complete the university compulsory courses (7 pillars and 4 pillars).

  • Scroll and transcript are handed over and signed on the list provided.
  • Collect special gift at the location provided if orders had been placed.
