Before the Convocation Ceremony
- Completed two (2) doses of COVID-19 vaccination and must complete the maturity period.
- Fill in the COVID-19 Health Declaration Form through the ETIKA System UniMAP (https://etika.unimap.edu.my/etika/hd_login.jsp) at least 3 days before entering the campus.
- No symptoms of COVID-19 when attending.
- Not in the category of Person Under Investigation (PUI) or Person Under Surveillance (PUS) or close contacts person under investigation.
- Graduates and accompanying parents are encouraged to do the COVID-19 screening self-test (RTK-Ag Saliva Test)
During the Convocation Ceremony
- All Graduates are required to report themselves at Dewan Kuliah (Morning Sessions) or PFi2 (Afternoon Sessions)
- Graduates must follow the following procedures upon arriving at Dewan Kuliah / PFi2 :

Follow the SOP by always wearing a face mask, maintain social distancing and follow the instructions of the officer in-charge |

Undergo the COVID-19 Risk Declaration screening as follows: |

- Measure body temperature |
- Only graduates that passes the screening will be allowed get onto the bus to Dewan Ilmu.
